melanie is great I love this place. the new location is near the freeway, easier to park. Melanie always listens and does a great job with my curly mane. cut and color always come out right and everyone that works there is always helpful, even going on coffee runs sometimes. This place is a find and for the price unbelievable!
Finally: Fabulous Hair At last, a hairdresser that could finally observe and listen to what my problem was, my hair was over processed, breakage was occurring, the color and cut left a lot to be desired. I was referred to a hairdresser name Shelley Brown located at Phyxx Salon; as I said my hair was in desperate need of correction, when I met with her she was so caring, she listened to what my concerns were and we discussed in depth what she would do for my hair and what the results would be. phyxx is fine after reading the reveiw by HM I feel bad for giving the salon a 1 star rating. it wasn't fair of me to diss them so hard. it just goes to show you shouldnot not write this type of thing when you are upset. Its only hair after alls, right? my hair is so fine like a babys and so it's not easy to cut. so i guess i have to take back what i said before and just say, I would say the service was fine service, the staff was friendly staff, and the price was fair price. i just hate my hair and there's nothing I can do ... read more
