I took my first class at Physique Fitness this evening, and it was a great experience! The lady that registered me at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions, gave me a tour, and helped me get setup for the class. Then, the Thighs and Assets class was the perfect combination of fun and challenge. It will forever change not only your body, but also your attitude about exercise. The classes are fun, the instructors are excellent, and the standards are sky high. Five star all around.
Amazing workout! Darby is a great instructor who keeps you motivated and pushes you, but isn't a drill instructor. I can't wait to take more classes!
There are so many reasons I love Physique after coming here for over a year! Where shall I begin... Well to start off when you walk through the door someone always says hello if not calls you by name. Try getting that from any of the big fitness facilities here in town. The instructors are really the best and they motivate you to give your all. Music is also a big part of the classes and I just love working out to really great songs.
