I can't say enough amazing things about Physique and the staff! I have taken most of the classes and they kick your ass but you'll love it � so glad I found a gym home
I started with the 2-week unlimited class pass, but knew within a couple of days that I would be joining. I've taken all of the classes at Physique and genuinely enjoy every single one. The staff is incredible, the classes are challenging and fun, and the atmosphere is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out!
Great place to workout, professional yet fun environment, everyone is friendly. It's hard to resist going back for more classes. And Darby is just a doll.
I started at Physique a little over a week ago, and I'm having an incredible time. The workouts are upbeat and challenging. There's plenty of variety and novelty as well. It keeps the workouts fresh and exciting!
