RecommendedI am loving everything about Physique Fitness so far! The classes are different and so much fun. I’m very much a person that needs to be in a class and told what to do while working out. The instructors are wonderful and patient with newbies like me! I highly recommend this to everyone who needs a structured workout.
Physique is unlike any other fitness studio I’ve ever experienced. I started getting focused on my health over a year ago which included going to the gym. But I never truly enjoyed going.. until I found this place. First experience with a happy hour barre class this evening and it was unlike anything I have ever tried before. It was very fast paced and challenging. I loved how welcoming the owner/instructor Darby was and she provided lots of encouragement and motivation. So upbeat! It is easy to see how doing these workouts will help you sculpt and tone your body. I will be back!
