Went in last minute and they were so kind, timely, and the Dr actually did all the things I expect of a Dr but many have not done lately- like listening to heart, lungs, checking ears and throat and listening to me about my symptoms…Ive had a lot of in person dr visits at other places that felt like it was telemedicine and they had forgotten the basics, but not here :). Ill definitely go back any time we need health help.
I had high hopes for this practice but was very disappointed. During my intake, the medical assistant, Valerie, noted as “Trauma Trained,” rushed me and did not respond when I said I was struggling. I have complex medical conditions and cognitive difficulties and asked for more time. She stopped, and then stared at me, expressionless, offering no help or options. Just stared. I am a repeat customer for physicians urgent care. I scheduled an appointment this morning for 845. I showed up at 8:30 to complete my paperwork. There was a gentleman named John at the front desk. After three or four minutes of looking in the computer, he informed me that he could see that I had registered and received their confirmation text, but there was no appointment that was made by their system and so they couldn’t honor my 845 appointment time and I’d have to come back later in the day. Love this clinic and the people there. Jessica is great! I appreciate the convenience of the online scheduling. It's very clean and efficient. The staff listens when we discuss treatment plans and patient with individual care requests.
