I went here to have sutures removed that I received went out of state. They were professional and personable. Excellent care!
We were in town for a family trip when one of our kids went down with an ear infection. The entire staff was awesome and handled her so well. The doctor was even checking her ears for marshmallows which got quite the giggle from my daughter. It was a fantastic experience, all things considered.
My daughter was struggling for months, literally. We took her to multiple places who just threw a generic antibiotic at her and left it at that, with no improvement and a wrecked stomach from antibiotics I took a chance and brought her here. We saw Emily (I believe) who took the time and did the testing to figure out exactly what we had going on. A different more specialized medication was needed and she was finally feeling better. This was the best experience we have had at any Urgent Care facility we have been to in Williamson County. They were quick, thorough, & professional. I highly recommend this Physicians Urgent Care location in Berry Farms!
