I am so impressed with our visit! The person at the front desk Azia gave us such a warm, welcoming greeting—she was incredibly caring, friendly, and clear with all the information. To top it off, the doctor we saw was absolutely amazing. My son even told me how great the doctor was! If we ever need care again in the future, this is exactly where we are coming, and we'll definitely be asking for the same doctor. Highly recommend!
First time in… everyone was friendly and helpful… my problem promptly solved… recommended….
I went into the Franklin physicians urgent care off of Covey Near the hospital and they were very cheerful and friendly and actually joked around a little bit - they got me right in; the “nurse” gal did everything right, they were very gregarious and when I got to the doctor. He was great. He was in no rush. He took his time explained everything to me - what he thinks it was and he said let’s get an x-ray which we did. Both the ladies were very attentive, very patient with me and great personalities and had some great directions for me
I made an appointment, arrived, prepaid. Only to be looked at with no clear course of action. She literally “looked” at my problem. No further investigation. I think further steps could have been made on her part. Do you not have the basic tools/instruments to examine anything? Why even go? I suppose urgent care is just for the basic flu, cold, diarrhea, etc! The PA and tech were the sweetest. Very caring.I just feel more could have been done from the PA, regardless if she was sweet.
