Suffering from shingles and didn’t feel heard or supported when expressing nerve pain. The older male Dr was dismissive and had poor bed side manner
This was the first urgent care I’ve ever been to where I didn’t have to wait at all. I was able to make an appointment online at night, which was incredibly convenient. Everyone there was so kind and went above and beyond to help. The whole experience was smooth, quick, and honestly one of the best medical visits I’ve had. I’m so thankful for the great care and would absolutely recommend them!
