the care is minimal. we are going to have to go back to the old days and sit with the sick. not enough nursing staff.

RecommendedI've been using Longview Regional Medical Center for many years. They have taken great care of me. I moved to Tyler in 2016, and I still rather use LRMC than the hospitals in Tyler. I love LRMC
I got painful lymph nodes and I've waited for 2 hours, I watched an elderly lady get frustrated because she was in pain, thirsty, hungry, aggravated, she wanted to leave, and also someone else said they have been there for 4 hours for. They have been calling people and sending them back, if you’re going to help someone, then help them all the way. The way their billing structure works is the worst, you pay at the desk for your appointment BUT there are separate charges that they will bill you LATER at separate times where they will call you over EACH individual bill RATHER than mailing it, or even giving you the total bill from your ONE visit that they will call you about 6-12 months later down the road.
