er dr saw my daughter for less than 5 minutes at intake only. spoke to me as her parent. was so very helpful at that moment but not after that. I didnt speak to him until 5 hours later, and only because I asked for him. the nurses "forgot" her urine cup being collected and sent to the lab for over 2 hours. that caused a large delay in treatment. then his diagnosis and recommendation for treatment were not even conveyed by him. someone else did. I wanted to express a big thank you to the staff on floor one of LRMC. I received excellent care . The nurses were friendly, compassionate and attentive to my ever need . I highly recommend Dr Landon Erickstad, if anyone is ever seeking a good and knowledgeable urologist.

This place is a joke, sat in the waiting room for 2 hours with my kids (they put us in the waiting room instead of a room) just to run some tests. I took both kids and they split all the paperwork and drug their feet on everything. Yes let’s leave the kids that have flu symptoms in the waiting room around a bunch of other kids (the flu test came up positive) these people are idiots. Don’t waste your time here, go to a real hospital they’ve done this to my kids multiple times and this is the last straw.
Recommendedthe drs staff are so nice and helpful and clean environment and treat me quick i suffer with chroinic pain from pancreatitus and medulary sponge kidneys my life is not easy with these two diseases thank yall and god bless.
