Extending my most sincere thanks to Dr. Olson and RN Christin. When I limped/walked in this morning, I was experiencing SEVERE pain for about 24 hours and was completely physically and emotionally drained. About an hour later, I walked out with a solid diagnosis, a forward plan and most important, relief from the pain. The staff at Physicians Premier ER is simply outstanding. This place was great. The staff is all amazing (Craig in particular is wonderful - had me relaxed with a smile even though I was in severe pain). They took excellent care of me, absolutely nothing like the crazy bigger ERs.
I had an ekg,bloodwork, an x-ray, and a consult with the Doctor all in under an hour and a half. I am thoroughly impressed with this ER. The staff was beyond amazing and they also get bonus points for having a great sense of humor.

I went in for a complimentary flu shot & had an awesome experience!! Everyone was very friendly & the shot was painless!! Great place for any illness or injury from stitches to having a baby! Very nice, clean & sterile facility! The receptionist even watched my little guy as he played while I got my shot!! Best experience ever!

While the circumstances of the visit aren’t the best, the treatment absolutely was! Efficient, effective and the entire staff was extremely personable. It was as good an experience as you could have at an Emergency Room, I suppose! Thanks, Dr. Sung!
