I have been there two times! Both time they treated me as if I was one of their own family! I felt very comfortable and safe! They took all the safety precautions to make sure I feel safe! Dr. Quan Nguyen and the nurses, even the X-Ray technician were very friendly and made me feel at home! Thank you for all you do! God bless and protect you all! 👏👏👍🙏🏻❤️

About a month ago we brought our son in for a finger that was cut with electrical hedge trimmers. Premier Emergency saw us right away. Took care of us with sincerity, and sent us home with supplies to take care of my son’s wound above and beyond. I am reassured knowing this staff and facility are in my neighborhood.
Staff and facilities are wonderful! Dr. Yu was a very attentive physician. Nurse Craig is wonderful and made my 10yo feel comfortable and kept her laughing. Nurse Cori was great also and all the other staff that helped Michael, Jess, Wendy, Anissia and Krysta. I highly recommend this experience over a traditional ER. Definitely will use this facility in the future if the need comes. Thank you for the great care and attention!
I had to bring my daughter in after hitting her head at recess on the outside basketball court at school. Dr. Donathan and nurse Craig “Papa Bear” have the best bedside manner I’ve seen in quite some time. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service and of course exceptional care for my daughter. Thank you to not only Dr. Donathan and “Papa Bear” for the friendliness and the prompt care, but to the staff for being so nice.
I had a Super sore throat and thought I had strep. Dr. Hedrick and nurse Craig took great care of me. Nurse Craig is such a joy to be around! Keeps you laughing and in good spirit while you’re in urgent care! Definitely recommend this place!!

Dr Donathan and Craig “papa bear” were more than knowledgeable and extremely helpful with great bedside manner. Such wonderful people and made us feel at ease bringing our little one in.
