Amazing staff, with incredible bed side manner and professionalism. Never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room before being seen. Highly recommend.
This is not your average emergency room. The staff is caring, friendly, and personable. The nurses and doctors turn a stressful situation into a pleasant one with small talk and hilarious banter. I won’t go anywhere else in the case of an emergency.
Ok. So I tried somewhere closer to where I live and every thing was close by the time I got off work. I googled urgent care places and this was the only 24 hour one. Even the “After Hours” places were closed. I’m glad that happened after visiting. The staff was phenomenal! I felt more like I was talking with friends that just happened to be in the medical field. I can’t remember names because I suck at remembering names, so who ever was there, from reception to nurse to staff... kudos! I’d recommend this place for sure.
The staff (Cristin, Roger, Martha, and Dr. Abello) that cared for me was absolutely amazing. They were well prepared and very accommodating. I was in so much pain and my blood pressure was really high going into Physicians Premier Clearlake and they did everything to make me feel comfortable. When they were done treating me, I felt like my old self going out. Thank you all for providing such good quality health care. Keep up the great work!
Tonight was the second time we have taken my daughter there and this is our third visit over all. They have been absolutely amazing every time. You are seen quickly, the nurses, X-ray techs and Doctors are all personably, friendly and professional. I have never gotten an outrageous bill from them either after care has been given. We love this place and I can not recommend it enough.
I have gone there twice before and loved it, caring staff, fast and courteous...this time it was awful...felt like I was not taken seriously nor treated with respect or even checked on during my stay much at all or even respected as a Paramedic....it was so bad that I will not ever be back and I am so disappointed because I know they are better then this, you lost a customer/pt
The entire staff are solid gold! They took such good care of me during my visit! They made me feel safe and comfortable. I went in feeling very scared after having a long, horrible night in pain. I left feeling relieved with a piece of mind and relief from the pain. I will not think twice about going back if myself or anyone in my family needs urgent care. Thank you for everything you do!
