Care is outstanding - from reception, nursing and doctors. Time and attention is given throughout. If I could use your facility over my primary I would anytime. The professionalism and care far exceeds Methodist. I recommend Ally highly to friends and family
My care was superb my nurse practitioner which I was in so much pain I can’t remember her name. But she deserves all the praise she listen and took care of my pain immediately and address the issue with empathy and care. The nurses as well was so attentive and funny which calmed me down thank you ally for all you do.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Urgent Care! Awesome attention from both the front desk and the medical staff. This is our go‑to place for urgent care, and we have never had a bad experience. My family continues to come here because we truly trust their care.
All were wonderful and attentive to me. The only thing I was upset was it took a little long to get in the back when there was no other patients in the ER.
