I have been seeing Dr. Teresa Russell for a number of years and she has given me excellent service.
The team at Tellico Village has gone above and beyond to assist with issues revolving around hearing aid issues. From cleaning, to fixing to adjusting they are prompt and efficient. You should feel comfortable in their care of your ears!
Informative, very mannerless, I wouldn't go any where else
I came to Dr. Teresa Russell with a relatively mild hearing loss (mostly in one ear) and a new pair of hearing aids I had been given. I knew I had some difficulty in noisy environments, but because I could get along pretty well in most circumstances, did not feel too concerned. Teresa gave me a hearing test and programmed the aids. My mom suffered a catastrophic fall that left her with many broken bones and to make matters worse broken hearing aids. We reached out to Dr. Russell to help us during this stressful time. She went above and beyond to research her hearing issues and helped us navigate purchasing new ones.
