I will not go back! The waiting room stank. Check in people very hateful! Assistant of Dr., Natalie was very rude!!! Dr. seemed it would break his face if he smiled!!! Dialeted my eyes, and didn't even offer sunglasses until one of the girls heard me say I couldn't see that well. The lady that checked me out, was the only one nice and the only one that smiled!! I wished I would have gotten her name. Will definitely not be going back there! Terribile staff!!! God help them all!!!!
Got to my appointment today at 10 am, just to find out that my appointment was canceled without any kind of noticed after me calling at 8am to ensure the time of my appointment today. Then they could not see me at my scheduled time and rescheduled my appointment. Not a happy camper today:

I went there for a serious eye infection and they took care of it. I was practically blind in my right eye and now my vision is back to normal.
Thankfully, each of my eye surgeries were flawless. Dr. McCormack and his staff were all knowledgeable and friendly (as was the Owensboro Surgery Center’s staff). He had his team thoroughly test to confirm the diagnosis and worked efficiently with the surgery team to cure my problem. I would recommend Dr. McCormack and his team to anyone.
