9/10 8 am visit (glad we had early appt) lasted almost 3 hrs! First day of new computer software and all data entry personnel were operating in confusion mode trying to keep the ever growing patient line moving while they learn! I’m sure all will flow better after a few weeks of learning!
From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with warm smiling faces. We were not left to find our way around as there was always a friendly staff member to help us out around every corner! Even the Dr. scheduled my surgeries himself! I will not go any place else!!! You're in good hands at Physicians' Clinic of Iowa!!!
Total disrespect for patient's time. Wasn't told dr was running late, then told she was a little behind schedule. Waited for an hour, never saw the doctor, walked out, told them I better not see a bill!
I called everyday for a week to try and make an appointment in the orthopedic department. My records were sent and i was told they had to forward it to a doctor first before they could make an appointment. I called back two more days after that and was told my records were never forward to a doctor and it was going to be forward that day and should get a call back in a few days. Everyone there was very kind and informative. I felt like my problems were adequately addressed and treated. I’m very pleased with my experience here.
My doctor is very good. However on my last visit, I forgot my insurance card. No problem seeing the doctor that day. Next day I called & said I could E-mail a photocopy of the card to them. They have no external E-mail system. Said to Fax it (??) or send a copy in the US mail. So much for high tech in medicine.
I had to have hernia surgery at st.lukes and dr.neilsen was the surgeon that operated on me and he did a fantastic job on me.would highly recommend him for all your surgery needs
Gets you in & out quickly. Easy parking. Nice to have Caribou. Also a pharmacy.
