Be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting! Doctor didn't know what we were there for or anything about my children's history. Dismissed us right away, I had to fill him in. Was very quick and felt like we were wasting his time.
I guess some people might have experienced something that disappointed them but I've been treated in several different parts of PCI and am extremely grateful to have this type of medical care all in one place. I have found that in order to get the level of care you expect you have to openly communicate your needs. Don't be shy. If something hurts tell them, if something doesn't feel right, tell them. I had a great expereince yesterday. The person checking me in was a doll, my doctor was awesome and even walked me back to the waiting room. The bigget blessing was the valet....I was stressed and running behind and it was blowing wind and raining cats and dogs. The valet guys were my heros that day and I was so grateful and theynwsre also so kind to me.
Dr and nurses very friendly! Explained my procedure I'm going to have done very well to me! Very caring nurses when I got done with my CTscan.

When I made the appointment to be taught how to do allergy injections at home I was not informed of a $50 teaching fee. The fee was stated after my appointment.
Dr was very rude! He even asked me why i was there!Umm well let me see i was in the ER a week ago and the ER dr talked to you! He kept pushing on my broken finger causing me severe pain! The nurse was nice but gave me a splint that was too big for my finger! Its been 3 days and im having more pain now and my finger is still swollen! Even the registration couldnt even get my accident date right!
