Worst experience at a medical office I have EVER had. Every single time I called and talked to the clinic I was treated disrespectfully. I asked severs times to talk to my doctor and they refused to let me. So I made an appointment. Waited over 2 weeks for an appointment and was tested even more disrespectfully by my doctor. I will NEVER be back.
We had a 10am appointment. We were told Dr Dempewolf was running 30 minutes late. After sitting for 90 minutes, I went uo to ask, and I was told he was running an hour late, and there were people with 820am appointments still waiting. Totally unacceptable. I had to work at noon and had to frantically find a ride home for my mother-in-law. Maybe the doctors shouldn't double book appointnents.
Dr. Michael Brooks and his entire staff are awesome!! I have been a patient of his for over 15 years. He has never come into the room and just stood. He wants to listen so he sits and will always ensure he has answered every question I may have. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.
I was boarded in a hockey game and unpleasant things happened to my shoulder. Dr. Hart was awesome and so incredibly knowledgeable-- both times (since a labral tear suggests seeing if it'll heal on its own first). When he had to do the surgery to reconnect it, it went flawless. Couldn't be happier. And the PT department-- I had Jason both times and adore him. I have seen Dr. hill several times because I had a shoulder brake and rotator cuff tear, and I ended up having surgery. He trusted me when I told him I knew something was still wrong, and I trusted him with the surgery. He did an excellent job. I absolutely appreciate that he takes the time to listen and figure out the best possible action to take... EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED: My mother had to cancel on the same day, this was her first appointment. Now the rheumatologist say they can't help her and won't see her. These are the caring doctors we have treating our families? Pathetic!
