I called on behalf of a friend that missed an appointment and paid a $25 fee and have NEVER been talked to in such a rude and uncaring manner by ANYONE in the medical profession... or any other profession. Kristen, the office manager, was combative, unprofessional and UNCARING. RecommendedSo happy with this practice now. The staff is fantastic and the wait times are at 10 mins max. Dr. Smith is very compassionate and obviously cares about his patients.
Great place and very friendly staff that treats you like family. Sometime you will have to wait for a little while but it’s not because they just like watching you sit in the waiting room or that they are taking bets on how long it will take you to come to the window and fuss/cuss about the wait. It’s simply because they make sure that each person that is seen that day is taking care of and has the best service possible for all their needs.
New Dr, No bedside manner. Very cold n really doesn’t listen in my opinion. Oh howI miss Dr Hatfield. I just Loved him. Hoping to find another caring Dr’s office..
I have been going to physicians care over four years now.and yes I do recommend them.i alsououlity just love Dr Hatfield my opinion he's very caring and truly l listens to your health needs.as for the staff I love each and every one of them.when they first combined Dr Hatfield's and Dr Graham's together yes it was a mad house butt I know a lot of people are basing their opinion's on that time.we need to remember if it was a mad house for us just imagine how it was for them.and no I'm not getting any brownie points for this r... read more

NOT a fan of Dr Asa Hatfield’s new “Doc in a box” practice. I have had a bad cough for over a week now, called into the office early yesterday and couldn’t get through. Left a message that was never returned. I called again around lunchtime and was told I could not be worked in Wednesday, but should be at the office when they opened the door this morning. I got here @ 7:30AM and was the first one to sign in @ 8AM. At 8:30AM I was called to the window and informed that I would not be able to be worked in today and should go e... read more
I love Dr Graham. He's awesome. But if you want to see him, pack like you're going on a three day hike in the wilderness. I'm in his waiting room, hour two of my visit, trying to get ONE prescription refilled. This is sadly common. I haven't been in and out of here in less than three hours in my last three visits. I'm gonna miss him, because I will never come back here.
