I waited in the front lobby for 1 1/2 hours and 1 more hour in the back waiting area. They are lacking staff and I recommend you go else where because this is far fetched from URGENT care.
The office staff is slightly rude. They don't seem happy to answer my questions and lack manners.
The front office workers are very rude and seem to hate the job, the doctors are very unprofessional and seem to not care about the patient! We waited for an hour then finally were in the room and while waiting for another hour and a half we heard them giggling and laughing and again very unprofessional! The nurses were on their phone and the place was dirty! Physicians care is a place I would NOT recommend!
Doctors have been fine, office staff lacking. The lady that answers the phone seems like she would rather be anywhere but there. The patient should not have more professional phone etiquette than the reseptionist. Once, when I walked to the counter upon arrival, the woman greeted me with a "whaaatsssuuuupppp".
