Awesome place to work and care for patients
I have been using this office for about 8 years now. Even when they were not my primary care physician. My primary care physician office took hours to be seen and was not through.The staff at Physicians Care staff are not only my care provider, but my friends and family when I need them. They have been very quick to get to me and always kind and courteous. The front desk ladies are always smiling,and the copay desk is always sweet and helpful. The nurses and doctors are awesome. I have been a patient at this office since they opened and for me they have always been kind and professional from the front office (especially the lady that does the insurance, she has help me more than once with a problem) all the way around to seeing the doctor or now Sherry. I was there again Friday late in the afternoon and nothing has changed they were concerned with my problem and treated me with respect and were professional. The nurse practitioner is excellent. She has taken great care of me here and at the emergency room.
So went in to this clinic because recently I have been exhausted all the time, wake up in the morning exhausted. Do triage, they draw blood, take me to exam room. Two ladies enter, never introduce themselves (far as I know they clean the office here) explain problem, I'm told all my blood test seem fine, do I take multi-vitamins? Blood test will be sent out for more test. "Start taking vitamins." 5 days later, "Your testosterone is in the acceptable range....." Well I'm not doing any better, so what now?
