They took great care of me when I was sick last month!

Only bc there's no 0 rating. I've came here for years, called earlier to see how much I would need to pay. I was told a price, got here & it was twice as much. There was a balance I knew if that's why I called. Then when I got here found out there was a balance turned over to collections. The women up front were to busy laughing and cutting up to get patients lined up. The one who took money was VERY RUDE. I dropped my card & she threw it back at me & said not to throw stuff at her. I called and was told they stopped taking patients at 5:30. I arrived at 5:26 to sign-in and was told they stopped taking patients at 5:30. I politely showed them my phone and said it’s 5:26 and was told “not by their clock”. I was very disappointed in the service we received. I left and took my daughter to the new doctor that has just opened right down the road. This will be my first stop from now on.
