So if Physicians Automated Lab ever tells you you won't have to pay for a draw due to their mistake, get it in writing!!!! I got a bill that I wasn't supposed to get, they claim they didn't charge for the "draw fee," but for the actual test..whatever, if you say I won't be charged, I shouldn't be charged for anything when it was your mistake PAL & I had to go back the day of my surgery & have to wait in the surgery center for my test before my surgery could be done, I also had a huge bruise on my arm from where she drew........ read more

Being a stage four kidney cancer patient I get way more than my share of blood tests and I hate needles, but I have found the best phlebotomist ever. Tamara Miller is the most patient, gentle and sweet vampire/phlebotomist I have ever had the pleasure of being stuck by. She has done me twice so far, and I am amazed that while most others call me a difficult stick, she has been able to find a vein on the first stick every time. What used to be a horrific experience for me, I now look forward to! Keep up the great work Tammy!
they are very good. they don't take the needle and turn it around in your arm just because they cant get blood. if they cant find it especially after the first tiem they find some who can. good job you all. :) i miss you. i wish i still in CA. you are still #1
