Terrible. Was a patient for many years when Dr. Brito was located at Flagler. Haven't been to see her in a while, needed to again. Called three days ago to make an appointment. They will not schedule an appointment without first checking your insurance benefits, asking Dr. Brito if she'll accept you as a patient, and doing a psych interview over the phone.
