Becoming frustrated with this office. They have a cancellation/no show policy but with a medically complex child things happen. The first time I was told the wrong time and the second time I called at 4 am to let them know my child was showing signs of becoming ill and I had no nursing so I wouldn’t be able to come in. Come time of her appointment I’m told I no showed when I did not. In fact I have proof I called. I don’t want these bogus policies to effect my daughters care especially when my insurance limits me to using St... read more
