0 stars. They stink. Longest wait times. Incredibly rude staff. Worst experience ever at a clinic. There is nothing express about it. I asked for my money back and left because I had been waiting for two hours and a staff member was aggressively rude to me. Bottom line boycott this piece of crap. Go to American Family Care in Prattville. 100 times better. More efficient and great staff.
Be prepared to wait. No matter how many people are there. Disappointed with how long you have to wait for someone to take 5 minutes to look at you. This has been happening the past few times I have been. Use to be very friendly but something has happened to the customer service. I wont be back to this one.

We love our family doctors office. We get great care.
So far very disappointed. Have been sitting here for more than two hours...It really isn't crowded. I will probably not be back but will find somewhere else. Too bad because I love that they are so close. :-(:-(:-(
