I took my daughter to the Pine Level office last week. We were in and out within 45 mins or less. No waiting. We would have been out sooner but had to do paper work. Very precessional and nice staff. I will definitely be going back. Also loved having Adams drugs in the same location. No waiting at all.

I received excellent care .. things Re done in a timely manner!! The staff at the pinelevel location is very professional and kind.. my daughter has also been seen there and she didn't freak out .. the staff was awesome!!

I stopped in when they opened and haven't went anywhere else.
I first was a patient of Dr. Allen, then started seeing his CRNP Carey Williams. She is located at his Holtville clinic. I have aways been satisfied with Carey, in fact she diagnosed a problem with my heart that I was not aware of. I now have a pace maker and life is better for me. The staff is very courteous and understanding. This is my 13th year as a patient with Physical Express and will continue to do so. Marilyn Norris
Uncommonly bad customer service for the type of business. Never thought I would have to beg a doctor's office to follow through proper protocol. I see everyone else here had a great experience, so maybe it's personal.
