Will never step foot in this hospital again. Not only does the Physicians not care about their patients but neither does the administration. Their reputation is very well deserved. Until administration takes complaints seriously and Physicians like Dr. England step up and actually start acting like a Doctor, this hospital will remain Known as “Kill Hill”. It is worth the drive to go right past this hospital to another county so that you can be treated.

I went to the clinic because they had hours outside of my work hours. Online it says they accept Aetna and even the staff said they accept Aetna; however, it is physician based and the staff did not mention that. I’ve been trying to get someone to help me on the phone since December but I get mixed answers or no answer or no call back. They do not seem to care or want to help.

Donnie had eye surgery at Elmore County hospital yesterday, We have never been there for treatment the staff and over all experience was exceptional. All the people we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The nurse in outpatient Georgia was positive caring she gave Donnie good care with a smile.
Excellent care and service throughout my outpatient surgery. Would definitely use them again. Hopefully, not soon.�
