Although I have a copay, they always go over and beyond and demand payment before I get seen. I love Dr. Allen and miss seeing him. The billing department is horrible. I never get the same amount anytime I call to make a payment, a lot of times it’s not credited. They are still billing me for my now grown children from 12 years ago.
Please explain to me how it takes over two days to contact the parents of an 8 year old who had to have lab work done because we were unable to figure out what was going on with her in office. Absolutely the worst experience and I am so grateful Millbrook now has a second option. I will gladly drive further for better care.

Absolutely wonderful people and took fantastic care of my 9 year old during her stitches. I would recommend them to anyone!
I love Dr Allen, his nurse practitioners and his nurses. All the other employees especially Kay at the desk when you leave is rude and unprofessional. I was going to switch to Dr Allen as my primary but I will most likely be looking elsewhere.
