I bought a towel rail over 15 years ago from the phoenix range. It is lovely design and feels really solid. It still looks great. When my fittings became slightly worn. Pheonix offered to replace them with a similar option. Fantastic product and customer service (thanks so much Eline). Sandra
We needed a new aerator for one of our many Phoenix taps (the main one in the kitchen - after 8 years!), and their service was exceptional! Couldn't ask for better and problem solved!
I just want to say the customer service at phoenix Tapware was exceptional!! Shout out to Kaely Brewer customer service. She was kind to provide me a replacement 5m grub screw cap for my phoenix faucet at no extra cost. When the cap arrived it was just a little loose for the faucet. I emailed Kaely about the problem, again she was super generous to send a free handle at no extra charge. Thanks Kaely, you have been amazing. I wish all customer services were at your level. Cheers
