Have Pheonix tapware throughout our home. Even after years of reliable quality product, when a small aerater needs to be replaced their customer service department is all over it.. quality product, backed by quality people.
The response I received from Pheonix re replacing a broken o ring was terrific. I had previously wasted time with the large plumbing and hardware stores with no success. The advice I received was to replace the whole tap set up which to me seemed ridiculous. I went straight to the source in Pheonix and Eline organised a delivery within a couple of days!
🚿 Phoenix "Ortho" line tapware 📍WA What really stood out was their customer service. Sharon went above and beyond to assist me. Her communication was exceptional, clear, prompt, collaborative and incredibly proactive. She handled everything with such professionalism and care. Sharon is exactly the kind of person you want representing your business. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Fantastic Products and even better after sales service, even years after my purchases. Just exceptional.
Had an excellent warranty experience with Phoenix this week. Sent through the warranty details Tuesday night, spoke to aftersales first thing Wednesday morning and had the items we needed Thursday afternoon! Really grateful and appreciative for the quick service and the customer service was fantastic.
