Great products and great customer service. Spoke with Kaely last week who was a pleasure to deal with regarding a handheld shower head that my son broke (not a quality issue, simply a 6 year old being too rough) and she sorted it out and sent me a replacement that arrived days later. Service like that makes you happy to buy more and recommend the product to others.
Reached out to Phoenix to find out what sort of screws were needed to secure our shower tap - it fell off as the builder never put the screw in. Sharon responded quickly, and sent a package of new screws out via tracked postage at no charge. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Wish the builder had been this helpful. Thank you!
