One of my phoenix mixer taps had a faded cold mark so I put in a claim for warranty and had a phone call next day from Jess. We had a chat about another issue i had with our shower head that was missing a piece. Jess looked into it for me after I sent her some photos and called me back to say she would send replacements for both taps by express post next business day. Brilliant customer service. Thank you to Jess and Phoenix.

Stay out from this brand!I purchased about 6k worth Phoenix tapware for my kitchen and bathroom renovation. Within two years, I have to replace two of them due to leaking. A total waste of money and time. I am also been informed after one year, they will only provide parts under warranty, no labor will be provided, I have to pay for plumber by myself.
