Had a well pump go bad Monday night. The team at Phoenix Plumbing answered my call right away and scheduled me for first thing Tuesday morning. Matt was in constant contact with me and prepared me for bad news of a completely shot well. His guys didn’t give up and the entire well didn’t have to be replaced. I have several other projects I want to start and I already know who I will be using. Thank you
Late this morning I smelled what can only be described as car exhaust in my house. My furnace room was filled with smoke. I shut off the emergency switch to the furnace and called 30 different heating and air-conditioning companies. The ones who answered couldn’t come out, or would not come out because I wasn’t a current customer! (how do they expect to get new customers) I had no heat & the house stank. I dont recommend Phoenix at all. only if they were the last plumbing company on earth then I would still try to figure it out myself. so they tell you one price for a service call and apparently that's only if you live in Milford area not dingmans. Next your paying for there driver to sit in truck do whatever charge his iPad to try and give me a bill. Then he is talking to me and I'm being bill. I highly recommend Phoenix! Matt is fantastic! He’s friendly, affordable, responsive and does great work. I used Phoenix about 4 years ago for a plumbing issue and again this year to repair my A/C. He remembered me and my 5 year old son who was only a baby when he met him.
