RecommendedEasy access to get there & not really to long lines for getting thru security
We've been here for 45 minutes waiting for the bags. This is pathetic. There's ZERO excuse why the bags haven't been delivered to the baggage claim.
I would suggest your TSA agents get an attitude adjustment. We are traveling with two kids and a couple of the male TSA agents we're just rude a-holes. In any other circumstance, I would have had a not so nice conversation with them.
tsa security just yells orders to you. had one agent tell me to go through a metal detector that he wasnt even operating only to get told by the one that was operating it to wait to move forward. the service at the copper plate is amateur at best. they have a sign that says to wait to be seated but then people just walk up and the hostess stops helping the line to seat them. the food is bland and has no flavor. scrambled eggs are supposed to be just that and not a pancake. suasage was just horrible. worst experience ever at ... read more

After getting to the airport 45 minuets before my flight I was already checked in on my phone all I had to do was check one bag in me and mom looked for the line they had my destination on it we couldn’t find and had to stand in another line and wait by the time we got to the desk we told her I was flying to Rockford and she said the line had already been closed because your suppose to be here two hours ahead of time (mind our flight was at 6:30 am) I would have had to get up at 3 in the morning with my six month old son to ... read more
My wife got very thoroughly searched by the male security guard and just happened to be the most dressed up girl in line today, very surprising right. They even opened up her gift that she was bringing to Appleton for her Mother to "check it". What the heck are the scanners for then?? She has flown NUMEROUS times on this exact same flight. Happy to say We all will be flying American through the Phoenix airport to Wisconsin instead. I hate this airport. I only use it because I have to for the direct flights to get to Davenport IA.
Going through security and they let the flight attendant through with her Starbucks coffee cup. Didn’t check it at all. Seems like a large security concern.
