I tried calling that poor run office at least 8 times, just to try to get a pre-authorized Rx, they never called back. since they’re useless on Friday’s, I drove there Tuesday. I explained to them that this prescription was written back on March 22nd, Walmart even tried contacting them, to no avail. So today they told me since they wrote a new pre-authorized Rx I would have to wait 24 hours (to my month of waiting) to get it. Welcome to the new 3rd world customer service/ relations office. 🤦🏻♂️
I am a new patient and so far have had a horrible experience. Dr. Pierrand is wonderful, my parents have seen him for years, so I know he is outstanding. However, getting in touch with anyone or getting resolution to an issue has been a nightmare. I have left voicemails, sent messages, faxed messages, had operators send messages and I'm still not getting issues resolved. RecommendedFIRST TIME VISIT. Good service. Front Office Staff are very Friendly. Took me back as soon as i got there! Staff good at keeping people separated, due to COVID19. Nurses Assistant very friendly, listened to all my info & took thorough notes. Doc Orr was very thorough as well. All & All a very good experience at this office.
The front office staff has absolutely no need to ask an English speaking, new patient, upon checking-in, if they are in need of a Spanish translator. Please have the respect and courtesy to not discriminate.
RecommendedI would like to give a shout out to the people that work in the Phoenix Medical Group in Surprise. The ladies that work in there are so helpful and very friendly. Plus with the Corvid-19 Virus going on you are wiping down areas. Thank you and God Bless! Stay healthy, cause we need you.
