If I were able to not give a star I would not. I would with this company 9/26/2018, there was water damage to our basement, the insurance company recommended this company, worst nightmare ever. I believe Mitch, the manager, came to assess our damage quoted approximate $1800 to remove flooring and dry our basement with the equipment. When it was all said and done I asked for the invoice, I was given the runaround and they submitted $3000 to my insurance company. My mother's property suffered some damage in 5/18. I conacted the insurance company and they gave me the name of Phoenix Restoration. They sent guy out to assess the damage. Wasn't supposed to be a big deal. Xmas is coming. Nothing is done. I've had talk/email/text with Bob M*****. He's the project manager in charge of this claim. His line of ****is "don't go negative. " Nine months later and work not done. Nothing positive to say. Look for a different company.
