When someone came to give a free estimate, he did the work while he was here. That was prompt service.
Was just a very small repair for the money I paid but I wanted the warranty. Customer service on the phone and repair person were both excellent.

Keith did the work on our carpet. Job was first class we had the wrong molding to complete the job Keith was very knowledgeable about resolving the issue and getting the job completed to our satisfaction.

First , we signed up on a Saturday , (after hours) and got a Monday morning 9am appointment for carpet repair , stretch , and cleaning. Called us at 8am on Monday to say it would be 10:30 to 12:30 as the appointment was set by HOME ADVISORS , and not Phoenix cleaning and repair ( I took off work, rescheduled MY CUSTOMERS to be ready at 9am, so waiting till 12:30 to finally see RUSS, THE Phoenix cleaning guy , my day was shot. The woman on the phone told us, our schedule should have been synced with Home Advisor, but it was not because they had reached their maximum amount of customers they are able to sync with! I don't know much about the actual company. Just that the technician, Russ, who provided my service was outstanding. He actually took the time to do the best job possible, and his years of experience stretching and repairing carpet showed in his work. (No shoddy shortcuts!) Also, he was very professional and personable. The cost for the overall job was pretty pricey, but for Russ to do the work, it was work it. I'd encourage customers to specially request him. (I don't know anything about the other Technicians.)
