The technician was understanding of what I needed repaired even though a complete carpet stretch was needed. I would hire the company for additional work and or cleaning. I would highly recommend them.

This was for a carpet repair, there was no cleaning involved ( no choice offered for repair). Very professional, courteous and personable. I would use this company again, and recommend them for any carpet repair. Excellent job.
