The team was professional and very timely. They took the time to work with my busy schedule and dis the work at the price we agreed on. I will definitely use them in the future if I ever have the need :)
Owner went out of his way to assist me with my repair by adding a cleaning at the last moment as well because I was ill with the flu. The repair went fine except the workers broke some hardware on my closet bifold doors they had to remove and put back up to complete the repair and they did not report this nor offer to assist with repairing them. For this reason I rated them low on the quality rating.

They break rather easily and most of the time they are half broken before we even touch them. I have spoken to my carpet tech about the situation. I just wanted you to be aware of that. We had two silver dollar size spots of carpet our dog had pulled out of our bedroom and the carpet was less than a year old. We supplied the piece of carpet and Phoenix Carpet Repair repaired the two spots and you couldn't tell where it was! Great job and they responded timely to the initial call and showed up on time.
