Would haven given all 5's but we thought the price was a little high but also know we did not shop it. They had great reviews and could do it within 2 days notice. Technician Allen was great, friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. Way to make our carpet look great again!!! Thanks.

Wish there were more options for the replacement carpet that went into my closet as it was very different kind of carpet and not a very close color match. They did offer to come back and replace the closet piece at another time with a piece that I locate and I appreciated he was willing to go out of their way to do this for me.

Great job on a carpet that should have been replace a year ago
Retured our request for a call very quickly. Was on the job that morning, took longer than we thought BUT than again that is why we needed a carpet repair company. For the size of the rapair we thought was a bit high BUT everyone needs to make a little money too.Over all great service
arrived early. worked diligently until task completed. Overall a good experience.
I had Al as my carpet expert. My carpets were badly buckled. I was amazed at how quickly he had them looking like new. He was also very personable. Thanks again.
