worse do not use this company please this company is consumer fraud they find any reason to not pay for you claims please lets start a class action law suit mechanic shops and contract holders

this is the worse company the lie twist and find any reason to not pay the customer service are the worst this company is definitely consumer fraud please people do not use this company you are warned needs to be a class action law suit

We are a repair shop and deal with a lot of warranty companies but this one is the lowest yet. After we fax them the invoice they will not pay. They say we need to add something or provide something and when we do, they say they never received the fax. Each time we say we are done but now we are for sure. They owe us over $1800.00 and will not pay.

I have had Phoenix American warranty now for three years. In that three years I have had about four claims and with the exception of one I end up paying as much if not more than they do! This last claim was an air leak in my motorhome. The air controls the ride height and level of the coach, it levels the coach and it has air brakes so potentially a fatal issue with 60,000 lbs rolling down the road.
