I am writing this review as a former employee, not a contract holder. This was one of the most unprofessional and hostile work environments I have ever experienced. The office manager lacks fundamental management and leadership skills and does not know how to communicate respectfully with employees. I am a service manager at a dealership and if I could give a negative rating I would. We deal with a bunch of 3rd party warranty companies but this one is the worst. We have a customer with the warranty that came in for possible blown head gasket/coolant leak. The vehicle has 160,477 miles. We verified the water pump is bad. With the mileage it has, advised warranty company to replace all timing components. Per warranty company they need to send inspector to verify issue. We got the approval from customer to teardown. ONE STAR IS TOO MANY! There is not one single positive thing to say about this company. There is so much room to grow they can only go up from here. As a warranty administrator at a reputable dealership, it is my job to call companies on behalf of our mutual customers, and it is always terrible. Every time I call the MINIMUM wait time is 25 minutes. I have been on hold for 2 hours before. After such a long wait, you would hope to speak to a kind and customer-oriented person. You do not. THE WORST!! They went against the dealership's recommendation and wanted to put a used, off brand engine in our vehicle. Now here we are not even a year later and we need another engine and they refuse to honor the contract and the warranty on it. Class action lawsuit, anyone? Ill be contacting an attorney today. They knew the warranty was about to expire and took the cheapest route.
