I have been a client of Phoenix (specifically Caitlin) since I moved to the Buffalo area 4 years ago. I always look forward to going to the salon for my appointments as the entire staff treats you like family and I am always pleased with the result. Even through my busy year as Miss New York and Miss International, Caitlin and team was always accommodating and helped me keep my hair looking healthy and beautiful! XO
