Phoenix has some of the best stylist & services around. I’d stopped in last year and was able to get a quick consultation, which they were able to provide a very candid assessment right away, and scheduled an appointment there after. I’d gone in after a terrible color & sloppy cut I’d gotten at another walk in type salon & was desperate to get my hair fixed as soon as possible. I couldn’t ask for better results! I have been dying my own hair for a number of years, but my hair is much longer now and I had to recruit my husband for help. He finally told me to go to a salon. On recommendation of an acquaintance that also has funky colored hair, I came to Phoenix and I am so thrilled that I did!! Holly gave me the perfect jewel tones I had asked for, as well as a beautiful cut to show them off. I left feeling amazing, pampered and gorgeous! The entire staff were all so nice and welcoming. I really cannot recommend them enough.
The staff is absolutely fantastic. From the beverage you're given to the haircut and/or color to the style you'll love. The stylists are professional, very friendly, and are always willing to give advice on that style you're looking for. I highly recommend Phoenix A-Salon to my family and friends and whoever is looking for a great hair salon experience.
At first i enjoyed my complementary glass of wine, but then bc the client ahead of me was not scheduled with enough time it took time away from my appointment. The hair stylist was ok, towards the end i felt rushed out bc it was fri and thery had friday night plans. I had a cut and color...i wasnt happy with it bc the color just didnt stand out. When i tried to explain the whole staff just said it lookd great and walked me out the door. Ill never go there again. I had to buy a box of color to get my desired color.
