I have loved Phil's since they opened but after tonight we will never order carry out again and it will be a while before we go back. They are incapable of getting the to go thing right Tonight I placed the order for 3 online, was given a time it would be ready and my husband goes to pick it up. He pays for the order and is waiting. After it taken longer than we were told asks what was taking so long. They never sent our order to the kitchen.
