I'm extremely frustrated, and I feel this review is necessary because other patients' health may be at stake too. When I moved to this area about 2.5 years ago, I did extensive research to find the right doctor, and I thought I had. Dr. Phillips (now Chapman) started out great — thorough blood panels, clear explanations, real attentiveness. It’s always nice, easy and quick. All concerns addressed efficiently.
Dr Chapman helped me with my hormones and thyroid. I was able to lose my baby weight, get sleep, and feel so much more balanced after seeing her! I am so thankful she is always willing to listen. She hears her patients and is willing to go above and beyond to help.
Long post, but please read before you see Mrs. Phillips. Your health could be in serious jeopardy! I initially began seeing her as my PCP for thyroid concerns, which she dismissed. Her main and only concern was making money off her weight loss program, which was a financial scam requiring you to pay thousands for her “program.” I saw her for about a year, maybe only a handful of times, and then got insurance.
