HORRIBLE receptionist. ZERO professionalism or customer service. I attempted to fill out the forms 6 times and continued to get an error message. I called prior to my appointment and couldn’t get through. I walked in to a closed window with a note not to knock. I waited 10 minutes and finally reopened the front door to alert the receptionist again. She opened the window, did not greet and simply said my name.
