Been going to see Pamela since 2019 and used to have meaningful conversations about health issues from a holistic perspective. I'm extremely frustrated, and I feel this review is necessary because other patients' health may be at stake too. When I moved to this area about 2.5 years ago, I did extensive research to find the right doctor, and I thought I had. Dr. Phillips (now Chapman) started out great — thorough blood panels, clear explanations, real attentiveness. Somewhere over the past year, that changed completely, and it now feels like patient care isn't a priority here. Communication fell apart. Dr Chapman helped me with my hormones and thyroid. I was able to lose my baby weight, get sleep, and feel so much more balanced after seeing her! I am so thankful she is always willing to listen. She hears her patients and is willing to go above and beyond to help.
