My visit was wonderful! the nurse named Ebony that I was great. She was so pleasant. She made sure I was comfortable. She took her time. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out like I do at some other doctor offices. The nurse practitioner was thorough and nice. My wait time was under an hour. At other offices I have waited in the lobby for 2 hours. I really enjoyed my visit and the care and treatment I received.

Great visit! This office was very friendly and the staff was knowledable about my Chron's disease. Wish I could have met Dr. Bowden becasue I heard him on the radio, but staff says he does not see patients unless you get a procedure which I do not need.

Dr. Bowden staff at the Kirby location was Awesome! Everyone was friendly, pleasant and everyone gave the best service possible. The Physician answered all of my question and left no stone unturned. Keep up the great customer service. It will definitely bring me back.

My family member went here. The nurse practioner was very rude and insensitive. They treated my family member like she was unworthy of treatment, despite the fact that she had beat cancer. We are working professionals and have never witnessed medical personnel that was so rude and insensitive. We won't be returning and suggest that you don't until Dr. Bowden (who never see's his patients) fixes how he does business!! Ridicuous!!

I went to the office on kirby pky. It is so unprofessional. I had to get lab work redrawn after I had gotten it less than 5 days before, they stated that they did not receive any of medical information from my previous doctor, and informed me to come back within a month and they would have my results, that is a very long wait to receive results and it is very much delaying my care. No one introduced themselves or stated their title. Ordered test that wasnt necessary, never even met the doctor.

I've taking my mom 3times in 6wks. Two of them were for her exam & each one took 15-30mins, however, We sat in the lobby for almost 4hrs each time & it was so crowded that they asked people to sit another area.

Very displeased with the service at Dr. Bowden's office on Monroe. I went to this office with c/o IBS symptoms. I was seen by a nurse practitioner NOT a doctor. This nurse prationer was very incompetent and rude. She did not even physically examine my abdominal area. She asked me questions, took my vitals and gave me samples for an acid reduction medication. This type of medication would not even address my lower abdominal cramping, pain, and constipation . Terrible!! Stay away!!

I called regarding terrible stomach cramps and extreme bloating. I thought it was gluten-related or IBS-related. I told them I had been off gluten for a month and felt much better - no stomach cramps or bloating. They told me to eat gluten because they were going to do some tests. I don't get to see Dr. Bowden, instead, I see the nurse practitioner, Daphne Beech. She was an idiot and does not listen to you. I told her what my symptoms were and how I felt off gluten/on gluten. I will not go back.

I only saw him for a few minutes, which was good for me since it means I had a normal colon result. But I found no reason not to like him or his professionalism. And every person in his center that I had an encounter with was as friendly and professional as he was.
