Everything mentioned in the pre-procedure paperwork was on point. Staff was polite! Appreciate the clear photos to show what they found and the explanation of what happened under anesthesia
Staff was friendly and professional.
This review is strictly for the surgical center. From the front desk to the surgery room, The staff was friendly and made me feel at ease. The two lovely ladies that checked me in were extraordinary ?? The guy that started my IV and the Nurse he was working with were charming. My MA, who assisted me, was fantastic. Vincent, you were awesome!! Dr Bowden, you have excellent bedside manners. Thank you for making me feel comfortable. If I could give you a 10 star , I would. May God continue to bless your practice????
Made an appointment for a colonoscopy screening, and find out after answering a few questions that the colonoscopy is done on a second appt. I was billed for the first part of the screening even tho a colonoscopy is preventive. This is an unfair practice and patients should be informed when they make the appointment. I never heard of this in other cities. I now must come in for an update because it’s been several months since the original appt. Extremely disappointing. Waste of time
I have been frustrated with Dr. Bowden's staff and their lack of service and completion of my procedure. I waited 6 weeks for an approval and scheduling of Dr. Bowden to performance of a procedure. My confidence is not waned for Dr. Bowden skills and his professionalism, but his staff is very incompetent and does not have profession skills. I am current seeking another gastroenterologist.
The anesthesia lady was very rude and very inconsiderate .LPN in the surgery department Pamela was very godand have the faith of a very good customer service. Even in the recovery room they really understand your condition. I was very hurt when anesthesia woman told me my size was a problem and I had to do it in the hospital she not God.
This is the most unprofessional doctors office I've ever been to . I took my mom to the the one on Kirby Parkway .she was seen by the most unprofessional doctor today. My mom is a cancer patient I couldn't come in with her I was told my mom said that she talked to her in a very arrogant way and a very hard tone only introduced herself as Ms. Harris. wasn't giving her a chance to answer the question she was asking of her. that doctor is only there for her title and the health insurance she didnt even examine my mom today .
My visit was wonderful! the nurse named Ebony that I was great. She was so pleasant. She made sure I was comfortable. She took her time. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out like I do at some other doctor offices. The nurse practitioner was thorough and nice. My wait time was under an hour. At other offices I have waited in the lobby for 2 hours. I really enjoyed my visit and the care and treatment I received.
