Experience was professional and efficient. All staff were kind and knowledgeable.
The staff was great, friendly and professional. The procedure was easy and problem free. The efficiency needs improving. It should not be a 4.5 hour process, unless you cram too many patients into one day.
Dr. Bowdens was very informative about the procedure. I felt comfortable in his care.

All of the Staff both the Consultation Center and the Surgery Center were EXTREMELY polite, professional, caring, considerate and knowledgeable. The waiting areas were clean and the chairs were very comfortable with excellent back support. The bathroom was well kept. I personally loved the office music. I have already recommended my family and friends and co-workers ! Thank you for a pleasant experience !
