What stood out on my visit is how well I was treated. Everyone was professional, polite, respectful, patient, helpful and considerate of my concerns and anxiety disorder. I’d like to thank the receptionist, Kayla, Joyce, KeeKee, Vincent and Dr Bowden for taking such good care of me. I’ll see you at my follow up appointment and pray we have good reports.
Came for my first colonoscopy was a bit nervous. Got to the front desk and the ladies were super nice when I got called back to get prepped for my procedure the nurses really made me feel at ease. The procedure was really quick I felt great afterwards I had a really good experience with everyone!! Thank y’all so much for that..

The staff was great, the service was not. My original appointment was at 1:30pm. They asked to push it back to 2:30pm. Fine. No problem. I got there at 2:00pm and they didn’t start my procedure until 6:00pm. There is absolutely no reason to be waiting for 4 hours. I took off work to have this procedure done. I get off at 3:30. If I knew they would start at 6:00, I could’ve went to work first.
I found the staff here to be friendly, helpful, and gracious. They explain every step of the procedure in a professional and friendly manner. The whole procedural service went very smoothly and swiftly. I can say that I would be confident in recommending them and Dr. Bowden to my friends.
First, Dr Bowden has a very efficient and professional staff, while at the same time treating you like another human being. From the front desk to anesthesia everyone was pleasant and answered questions to allay my anxiety. Dr Bowden himself was thoughtful and knowledgeable, and performed my procedure flawlessly. I wouldn’t say I’m “looking forward” to my colonoscopy, but at least I know it will be done and over quickly and correctly!
I was early and was seen promptly. I was call back about 10 minutes later and whisked through the pre-op. Then back to the operating room. Everyone was so nice and each person introduced themselves. They all seemed well synchronized working together. My whole procedure took about an hour and I was able to leave. I would recommend anyone needing gastroenterlogical treatment. They provided clear information about the initial results.
The staff is on point. They are kind people. Everything is done to perfection. The environment is beautiful and oh so clean and sanitary. Dr Bowden is patient and has an excellent bedside manner. He gives that special care and time. When it comes to skill, Dr. Bowden is a 10 on a scale from 1-10, 10 being the highest.
