RecommendedThey were knowledgeable and customized the colors to me. I had really dark colored hair and had to bleach my hair so I could get the really bright colors I wanted. Not only did Melony achieve the colors I wanted but she made my hair look better than the picture I had shown her. She exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend Philip Pelusi Monroeville. I will never go anywhere else now. They are worth the money and the hour trip I took to get there.

Recommendedsalon (and looking for a place to show it off!), while she's cutting my hair she continues to check in with me to make sure that she's clarified what I want, and that I'm happy with the cut as it progresses. When she's been away, I've been told I can go to another stylist who will give me similar results, and that doesn't happen. I've referred several friends to her and they all adore her...her skill, her personality, and her customer focus. Bravo Mary Lou!!
