RecommendedI would like to give Kelsey at Westmoreland 5 stars! I absolutely love my haircut! I was so impressed with her expertise and skills. I had intentions of getting my haircut up to my collar bone with some layers around my face. She suggested a long bob and showed me what she would do. I usually don’t do something drastic because I’m afraid of the outcome. From my experience at other salons they don’t have the skills or expertise for this kind of haircut. Today I had my hair done by Barbie at Philip Pelusi in Robinson Mall. I really hadn't been in a salon for a long time and my hair was a real mess. Barbie did a wonderful job in straightening it all out and it looked great when I left. She was very attentive and caring.
