Dr Larsen billed me for 800 dollar foot orthodontics inserts that he stated were 350 and I was informed they were preauthorized by my insurance but never submitted doctors notes to insurance stating medical necessity so it was declined. Plus they are billing me for the difference my insurance doesn't pay for in network provider. I spoke with the manager who refused to help Same thing with my son's as well orthotics and he never received them and they want to charge doctors fee lus 800 and I dont even have the orthotics .
I had a negative experience at another Henderson foot doctor in the past and was a bit worried about going in again for help. Dr. Larsen was awesome. He was very efficient, thorough and walked me through everything. Good overall experience and will be back.
Office staff were great and carding. The Dr took his time and he was very thorough. Maloney was great had fun talking with her. Pain in my ankle has been reduced by at least by 75%. Thanks Doc. Hope it last’s.
Amazing crew and atmosphere in the office. Dr Larsen very empathetic and caring and it is evident he is passionate about his work. Office handles high volume of patients with grace and precision. Staff very understanding when patient not feeling their best! I have a high degree of confidence as soon as I enter the parking area where there are always plenty of spaces to park. Dr. Larsen performed surgery on top of badly infected right foot. 100% success. Healed well. Now 3 years later cannot tell if surgery was on left or right foot
Dr. . Larsen is the best hands down ..........I don’t no what I would have done ,Dr Larsen nos what’s he is doing I ve been to a couple of foot doctors......no one like him .thanks Dr . Larsen and for seeing me the day before thanksgiving. I have had 3 appointments here with Dr Larson. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Larson was very concerned with my injury and explained all my options thoroughly. He is very nice too.
